Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 24h of receiving your order. Orders placed before 2.00pm will normally ship the same day.

Orders before 2pm will usually be delivered next day nationwide (Ireland and Northern Ireland) Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Shipping times are all estimates and Henso Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by them to deliver the goods promptly or, if prevented by events beyond Henso Solutions reasonable control.

Products can be delivered worldwide but are subject to a charge depending of product size, weight and destination. Delivery prices will be quoted to the customer if requested for approval before being dispatched.

Free delivery on all orders over €300.00 (IRE & UK). €12.00 to Ireland and Northern Ireland, €18 UK delivery Charge on Orders under €300.00
